What data we collect
When you book: name, phone, email, dates of stay and number of guests.
On arrival, Romanian law requires us to record guests’ identity details in the property’s register.
The site uses no ad-tracking modules.
Why we use it
To confirm your booking, to stay in touch with you before and during your stay, and to meet our tax and guest-registration obligations.
How long we keep it
We keep booking and accommodation data for the period required by tax and guest-registration law, then delete it.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection.
Email us at the address on the contact page and we’ll reply within the legal deadline.
You can lodge a complaint with the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP).
