Terms and conditions

These terms apply to bookings made directly on this site and to stays at Urban Retreat Dripper, Strada Olteniei 13, Oradea.

Booking

A booking becomes firm once you receive our confirmation by email or phone. Until then, availability and price may change.

Prices are in lei (RON), per night, for the chosen apartment. Booking direct means no platform commission.

The payment method is agreed when the booking is confirmed. We’ll tell you the total amount, number of nights and any local taxes before you confirm.

You can cancel free of charge at least 48 hours before check-in time. We charge no penalties.

For cancellations made within the last 48 hours or in the event of a no-show, we reserve the right to charge the cost of the first night.

Date changes are subject to availability and at no extra cost.

Check-in from 15:00, with an access code sent before you arrive. Check-out by 11:00.

If you need a different time, drop us a line and we’ll try to fit it around that day’s bookings.

Smoking is not allowed indoors.

Pets are welcome on request, after talking it over with the host in advance.

Parties and events are not allowed.

Guests are liable for any damage caused in the apartment or shared areas.

We are not liable for personal belongings left unattended in shared areas, including the pool, sauna or green space.

You use the pool, sauna and jacuzzi at your own risk and must follow the rules displayed on site.

If something isn’t right, tell us straight away by phone so we can fix it immediately.
